A chimney is being constructed with a wood-burning insert, using reclaimed brick for a natural appearance. Cedar shingle siding and a liquid applied roof membrane are installed for waterproofing. The project focuses on proper water table and drainage management. Substrate preparation and polyester woven fleece reinforcement are part of the installation. Plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work are almost done, aided by favorable weather for exterior tasks.
